5. Discuss and vote on the issue of health/dental/vision insurance in regards to the meetings held on 11/19/19 and 11/25/2019 with past and present City employees.

6. Hold discussion of the results of the Water and Sewer study.

7. Hold discussion in regards to the hazard/outage plan

8. Hold discussion in regards as to how the City handles donations.

9. Hold discussion on the hiring of a part time meter reader.
