Applications for 2020 summer employment with the Oglesby Parks and Recreation Department and the Oglesby Municipal Pool are now available at the Oglesby City Clerk’s office and online on the Seasonal Employment Opportunities page.

Oglesby’s municipal swimming pool opens (weather permitting) around Memorial Day and closes in mid-August. The pool is open seven days a week, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is available for rent after hours for pool parties. The Parks and Recreation department also offers swimming lessons. The grounds surrounding the pool are also home to Oglesby’s Summer Fun Fest, which is held Father’s Day weekend each year.
